Omen Stormshelter is a sixty-second commercial created for First Lite to launch their newest line of technical hunting apparel. The mandate was clear: make it rugged, driving, and wet as hell.
Built around the tagline “Misery Loves Company,” the film leans into environmental intensity—rain, wind, cold, and movement through unforgiving terrain. The visual tone mirrors the product’s purpose: built to withstand the worst conditions without compromise. Heavy atmosphere, natural light, and deliberate pacing reinforce the idea that discomfort isn’t a setback—it’s the proving ground.
In addition to the primary commercial, a product-specific cut was developed to highlight the technical features of the Stormshelter jacket and pants. By combining forest-based field footage with controlled studio pickup shots, the team crafted a secondary edit focused on material performance, waterproofing, and construction—while maintaining the moody environmental tone established in the hero piece.
